under three hours, John had the carpets throughout our entire house so clean
that the carpet appeared nearly new. And he did it for under $200, which we felt
was a bargain.

My fiance and I are currently sprucing up our home in order to sell and I recently had need of carpet cleaning. The carpet in our house has seen many months (perhaps years!) without cleaning and was going to be quite a challenge for any cleaning company. Having many carpet cleaners to choose from, I saw Carpet Renue's Internet special of 3 rooms for $99 as well as Tom Martino's "Exclusive Referral List" slogan and immediately felt more comfortable about calling.
I spoke with John Welch, one of your technicians, and explained to him that I was unsure if our carpets would even be helped by a cleaning, that perhaps I needed simply to replace them. John, in his soft-spoken way, immediately volunteered to come to the house and clean one room of my choice. If that room did not come out to my specifications, he would leave without charging me a penny. An even better deal!
John was very accommodating in scheduling my appointment and two days later, he arrived at the house (early!), ready to tackle the job. I directed him to the worst of the traffic areas, the hallway, and John promptly went to work. After seeing half of the hallway done, I came to realize just how much dirt had been lurking in the carpet and how much better it was going to look when completely finished.
The entire job was completed in about an hour and a half, during which time John worked tirelessly, always attentive to areas which needed a little more "elbow grease" and any areas of concern to which I directed him. The result was very pleasing to the eye and definitely a much-needed change for the house.
I was very impressed with John's work ethic and attitude, his responsiveness to my concerns, and his willingness to get the job done right. He is a hard worker, very polite and takes special care to perform his job to the best of his abilities. Based on John's representation of Carpet Renue as a company, I would highly recommend your service to my family and friends - And have already done so.

I am pleased to offer my words of satisfaction for the excellent carpet cleaning service provided by John Walsh of Carpet Renue. After my father's death, my mother moved into our home with her dog. Unfortunately, the dog proved to be difficult for my mother manage, and our carpet suffered. We have light neutral carpeting, and there were numerous visible dog stains as well as the normal wear and tear left by a busy family. John demonstrated a through understanding of the technical aspects of cleaning the carpet and was extremely conscientious in every detail. He was exceedingly hard working and took pride in his work! Not only is the carpet clean, deodorized, and free of stains, but the entire house has a fresh new look at a very reasonable price.

Thank you John for the wonderful job you did on our condo. We had lived in the condo for 3 years with 2 100lb golden retrievers and a 11 year old son. The carpets were a disaster. Full of stains from our 3 children, not to mention all of the fur the vacuum didn't get out. I was afraid we would have to replace them. After having you work on it, the carpet looks new. Just like when we moved in. Oh, and your prices were a large bonus too. After just buying a new house, we couldn't afford to spend a fortune on our rental.
